Among the services our caring and knowledgeable staff provides is cerumen management (wax removal), ear canal exams, hearing tests and comprehensive hearing evaluations. We also offer maintenance services for hearing aids, including cleanings, fittings, programming and performance verification in addition to being a convenient place to purchase fresh hearing aid batteries for optimal performance. Appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Patients should bring their insurance card to their first appointment since we accept most policies. For your convenience, we can also accept cash, check, credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) or arrange financing as forms of payment for all hearing services rendered by NewSound staff.
